Everyone is selling something and yet no one is standing behind it. So as frustrated consumers, husband and wife Co-Owners, Christopher and Lauren Krahn, decided it was time to take their professional expertise and bring back quality service, experienced tradesmen, and fair pricing to the HVAC industry.

With that, CMK Heating and Cooling was born.

With no investors and nothing handed over, together Christopher and Lauren tirelessly built each and every level of their business from the ground up to ensure it properly reflected their core beliefs. Christopher is 3rd generation in the industry and has over 25 years of experience working in and running every level of the field. His first hand experience actually performing the jobs creates a level of competence rarely found in ownership today. Lauren took her business degrees from ASU and many years in the corporate world and turned those experiences into the foundation of running their family business. With the highest of standards and love for helping people, Lauren makes their customers the heart of the company’s business practices. Together they constructed a company they are so proud of, they put their name on it.
